Lost Browser Bar and other User Interface Issues in Autodesk Inventor 2010/2011

Problem:
The user inadvertantly closes the Model browser in Inventor 2010 & Above.

Solution:
With a file open in Inventor, navigate to the View tab. Select the flyout in User Interface. Visibility of any UI item is determined here.

Quick Access Toolbar Issues

Adding Items to the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT)
Problem:
Customization does not stick.

1. Make sure all Service Packs have been applied.
2. The QAT is Environment specific. In other words, adding something like "iProperties" in the active Part environment does not add it to the Assembly environment.
3. Items must be added in each active environment.
