Class Description
This class covers advanced project file techniques, advanced shape creation
and sheet metal, derived parts, advanced model features, 3D sketches,
translations, drawing view editing, customization and editing of solid
bodies.
Prerequisites:
Autodesk
Inventor 11 Level II or equivalent experience is highly recommended.
Proficiency testing is available.

Project File Configuration and Libraries - Multi-User Mode.
Introduction to Vault - Features & Benefits
Advanced sheet metal features
Advanced shape creation with surfaces and face replacement
Advanced model features - Emboss, Decal, Face Draft, etc.
Creation and use of 3D Sketches
Working with translations and solid bodies
Advanced assembly constraints
Creation and usage of derived parts
Weldment creation
Customizing text and dimension styles
Advanced drawing view creation
Communicating with others

Students may retake the same class within 1 year of completion at no
