Class Description
This class covers advanced part and assembly modeling in Autodesk Inventor.
Detailed annotation of of drawings, creation and use of sheet metal
parts, iFeatures, iParts, weldments is included in the class.
Prerequisites:
Autodesk
Inventor 2011/2012 Level I or equivalent experience is highly recommended.
Proficiency testing is available.
Course Outline:
Project File Configuration and Libraries - extended study.
Design in context of assemblies
Advanced work feature usage
Advanced feature creation ( Lofts, Sweeps, etc.)
Problem Solving"When things don't work"
3D and motion constraints
Creation and usage of iParts and iFeatures
Animation of driven constraints and presentations
Creating, annotating and editing detailed part drawings
Dimensioning and annotating drawing views
Title blocks, symbols and parts lists
Using AutoCAD geometry |
