Software Support for Existing Customers
If you are an active customer of Tekni Group, Tekni Consulting LLC, Omicron Electronics or Vivek Systems Inc., you may qualify for 7 day/week free technical phone support. Current customer is defined by active subscription or within the past year.

Software Support for Non Current Customers
We provide support for non current customers on a per incident basis. There are three classifications for per incident support. Results are guaranteed. If a solution is not possible, you do not pay.
- Inventor Series support ( Max support - 15 minutes) - $25 USD
- Vault Support ( Max support - 30 minutes) - $50 USD
- Hourly Support - per hour, dedicated, active support time $100 USD per hour. Purchased time is credited in 5 minute increments with a 10 minute minimum.
- Credit Card is required to purchase credits for immediate assistance.
When prepaid support is purchased, you will receive notification of a direct telephone number and email. Response time varies from immediate to a maximum of 8 hours.
