Download Hotfix TS1069046_R10.zip for Inventor 10 Service Pack 3a 2. Extract TS1069046_R10.exe from the downloaded TS1069046_R10.zip file. 3. Double click on TS1069046_R10.EXE to install this Hotfix on each system running Inventor 10 Service Pack 3a. 4. Chose Next to begin the install. 5. Once finished you'll receive the "Autodesk Inventor 10 update" dialog box stating that the update has been successfully applied.
