To Install, select the registry version that matches your version of Inventor or 
Inventor Professional. Double click on the version to install the color Scheme in Inventor.

It will be necessary to restart Inventor before the color schemes will appear in Application Options.

To use, go to Tools > Application Options, and Select Colors. Select Ocean Blue and Apply.
